At WORKIS, you can choose between three safe and secure payment methods.
- Card payment - if you use a credit or debit card for payment, the purchase amount is deducted from the card on the same day as the order is placed.
- Klarna Invoice with a 14-day payment deadline - If you choose to pay by invoice, you will receive an invoice by email when the package is sent from us. The invoice is due within 14 days.
- Klarna Partial payment or account - available as a separate option in the checkout. The invoice is sent to the same email address as entered with the order.
You must be 18 years of age to shop with Klarna invoice/part payment.
DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE MY TIN NUMBER AT CHECKOUT?
You only need to enter your social security number if you choose to pay by invoice or partial payment. When paying by VISA or credit card, you do not need to enter your social security number.
HAS MY ORDER GONE THROUGH?
Order confirmation is sent to you by e-mail as soon as the order has been processed. If you have registered the wrong email address or do not receive emails, you can contact customer service by phone, chat or email.
THE PURCHASE DID NOT GO THROUGH, BUT HAS A RESERVATION BEEN MADE ANYWAY?
In the event of a technical error, a reservation may be placed on your bank account even if the order has not gone through. The amount is then not withdrawn, only reserved, and it is released again within a few days.
WHY IS MY PURCHASE NOT GOING THROUGH?
If your purchase is not approved when you choose to pay by invoice, it can be due to several things:
- You are under 18 years of age
- The address you provided is not your registered address
- You have entered the wrong social security number
- You have reached your maximum credit limit

WHERE DO I ENTER THE DISCOUNT CODE?
You enter the discount code in the shopping cart before you go to checkout. There you will find a discount code field that says "insert discount coupon", there you enter the code you have and press "use". The code will then be activated on your purchase. This must be done before you proceed to the checkout to complete your purchase.
