Shipping and delivery

WORKIS offers three different shipping methods

1. Free shipping on orders from NOK 999.
If you choose this option, shipping will be free on your order. We will then decide which shipping method is most suitable for your order. The shipping methods we use are HeltHjem, PostNord MyPack or PostNord Home Delivery. Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days from when the package has been sent from us. HeltHjem is delivered to your doormat in the morning with the newspaper courier, in the postbox or to your nearest collection point. You will receive an SMS when it has been delivered. PostNord MyPack is delivered to the desired collection point that you choose at checkout. PostNord Home Delivery is delivered personally to you. You will receive an SMS from PostNord to agree a delivery time.

2. NOK 89 in shipping on orders under NOK 999
This option has a price of NOK 49. Here we choose a recommended delivery method for you, but you can of course choose home delivery if you wish. Normal delivery time: 1-3 working days from the package being sent from us.

3. Home delivery with tracking
This is a tracking package that is delivered to your door. You receive an SMS from PostNord when the shipment is on its way and they call 30 to 60 minutes before they arrive. Door delivery applies Monday to Friday between 5pm and 9pm. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your package will be delivered to the nearest delivery point. It has a fixed price of NOK 99 and if you choose this option, free shipping is lost. Normal delivery time: 1-3 working days from the package being sent from us.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days after the package is sent from us. The link to track the package can be found in the email you receive from us when the package is sent from our warehouse. If the package is sent as HeltHjem, it is delivered to your door, if it is sent with MyPack, it is delivered to the pick-up location you selected when ordering.

WILL I BE NOTIFIED THAT MY PARCEL HAS BEEN DELIVERED?
If for some reason HeltHjem cannot deliver the package to your door, the package will be converted to MyPack, and it must be picked up at the nearest delivery point. You will receive an SMS about this.
