Our prices are stated in Norwegian kroner including 25% VAT and customs duties.
You can pay with Visa and MasterCard. We all pay a card fee, so it's free to use your bank/credit card. The amount is deducted from your account when the item is ordered. An amount greater than what you have approved can never be deducted.
Delivery normally takes between 1-4 working days after the package has been sent from us. Normally, the package goes out from us the same day, or the following working day, after ordering. In periods of high demand, the delivery time may be somewhat longer. Orders placed at weekends and public holidays are processed on the next normal working day.
Personal data is protected. Card details are protected through our payment solutions and cannot be copied by us or others.
Receipt/order confirmation comes as the last step in the payment process, as well as by email and in the shipping bag. This should be kept for possible later use.
Newsletter and e-marketing
Newsletters are sent out by e-mail if you have ticked the box for approval. E-marketing material is sent out if you have registered your email with us.
Right of withdrawal
Workis AS complies with all applicable purchase and consumer rights. We have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The deadline includes all calendar days. If the deadline ends on a Saturday, holiday or bank holiday, the deadline is extended to the nearest working day.
Exchange and return
When exchanging, you return your goods and then place a new order yourself at workis.no . Fill in the return slip and return the goods in the same packaging as you received the goods in or other suitable packaging. Repayment is made via bank transfer or via a refund to your credit card. The money will be available in the account within a few working days. The goods must be packed in the shipping bag in which they came or other suitable packaging. Damage that has occurred as a result of poor packaging can result in your rights being forfeited. Postage costs are covered by the customer. We do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery.
Right of complaint
Inquiries regarding complaints should be sent in writing to email@example.com. In the e-mail, it is good if you include the order number as well as further documentation of any damage in the form of video or photos. We will get back to you and answer you as soon as we can. As long as the complaint about the item is justified, we will agree whether the item will be repaired, exchanged or refunded in part or in full.
We reserve the right to any printing errors, incorrect pricing, VAT and duty changes, as well as delivery failures. Purchase agreements are considered final when the order has been processed. Any offers apply so far as stocks last.
