How are the WORKIS uniforms sized?

- The WORKIS uniforms are completely normal in size. The size you usually use is the one you also use in WORKIS. See size guide for more info.

I want to place a large order for my company with my own logo. How do I do that?

- Write a request with your wishes by email to hello@workis.no and we will answer you as quickly as we can. You can also call us on 902 84 109.

How do I wash and maintain the WORKIS uniforms?

- WORKIS are easy to wash and maintain. Follow these points and your uniforms will last a long time.

  • Wash at 60 degrees
  • Cannot be bleached with chlorine
  • Tumble dryer resistant
  • Can be cut at 150 degrees
  • Withstands chemical cleaning in all common cleaning fluids, normal process

Is VAT added to the prices you state?

- Our prices are stated in Norwegian kroner including 25% VAT and customs duty.

Is it safe to pay by card?

- Personal information is protected. Card details are protected through our payment solutions and cannot be copied by us or others.

How long will it take to receive my items?

- Delivery normally takes between 1-4 working days after the package has been sent from us. Normally, the package goes out from us the same day, or the following working day, after ordering. In periods of high demand, the delivery time may be somewhat longer. Orders placed at weekends and public holidays are processed the next working day.

Will I receive a confirmation that the purchase has gone through?

- Receipt/order confirmation comes as the last step in the payment process, as well as by email and in the shipping bag. This should be kept for possible later use.

What do I do if I regret my purchase?

- Workis AS complies with all applicable purchasing and consumer rights. We have a 30-day right of withdrawal and a 2-year right to complain.

I want to advertise a product, what do I do?

- Inquiries regarding complaints should be sent in writing to hello@workis.no. In the e-mail, it is good if you include the order number as well as further documentation of any damage in the form of video or photos. We will get back to you and answer you as soon as we can.
